Loan to value: We offer a maximum loan to value of 70%.

We offer loans from a minimum of £30,000 to a maximum of £2 million secured on your property. We will retain interest for the specified term. We are able to roll the interest up if the loan remains within our LTV limit.

Agreed exit route: Bridging is more expensive than a conventional mortgage and therefore is not a long term solution and as it is an interest only loan, the loan will be redeemed generally through the sale of the property or the refinancing onto a longer term mortgage or buy to let product.
