Investment Purchase
Mr H agreed to purchase a property as an investment which was in need of major refurbishment. The long term lender held a 100% retention on the property until the works had been carried out. By working with Mr. H to develop a collateral package based upon other assets, Pure Bridging was able to lend Mr H the amount required so these works could be done. Subsequently, Mr H then sold the property for a substantial profit.
Auction Purchase
A property developer/investor purchased a property at auction and needed funds to complete the purchase on the contracted date. He called Pure Bridging and received the necessary finance within the week, enabling him to fulfil his obligations of the auction purchase. He then substantially refurbished the property within eight weeks and let the property. He subsequently remortgages and let the property with an advantageous Buy to Let mortgage. |
